Gateworks supports all of its network processor boards with a Linux Board Support Package (BSP) that has been customized to support the different board features. This software is based upon the popular OpenWrt Linux distribution for wireless embedded devices. OpenWrt provides a fully writable file system with package management which allows the developer to customize the device through the use of packages. More information on OpenWrt can be found at http://www.openwrt.org.
The latest BSP release, including all source code, is available for download on our Wiki/SVN browser at http://trac.gateworks.com. This site also contains build instructions and many how-to articles for using and configuring specific board features. The Gateworks BSP is designed to be a starting point for development.
