Repairs

Should you have difficulties with any Gateworks products, please fill out the RMA FORM and either fax or email us for a RMA number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container. Shipping to Gateworks is customer’s responsibility. RMA turn-around time is typically 4 weeks. Gateworks will ship returns by ground service unless otherwise requested.
