OPEN POSITIONS
Marketing & RevOps Coordinator
The Marketing and RevOps Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing Department by producing content, coordinating campaigns, managing tools and systems, and improving cross-functional operations. This role bridges creative marketing with structured process improvement and partner coordination.
Success in this role will be measured by performance indicators such as:
- Growth in qualified leads and sales pipeline activity
- Improvements in website performance and SEO
- Execution of marketing campaigns and asset development
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales operations reporting

Duties and Responsibilities
Content Creation & Campaign Support
- Design visuals for LinkedIn ads, posts, blog, product announcements and eNewsletters
- Write or edit content for blog posts, press releases and outbound marketing campaigns
- Create visuals for Google Advertising and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update marketing collateral and sales enablement materials
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and suggest brand improvements
Website & SEO
- Monitor and improve site performance, UX, and responsiveness (WordPress)
- Optimize website structure and content for SEO (keywords, metadata, schema, etc.)
- Update site content for new product launches and company news
- Track and report on site traffic trends using Google Analytics/Search Console
Marketing & Revenue Operations
- Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline, inquiries, quoting and order processing
- Assist in improving the sales process, customer journey and experience
- Maintain pricing documentation and sales resources
- Manage CRM and internal systems for visibility and reporting accuracy
- Generate reports on lead activity, campaign performance, and sales metrics
- Handle general inbound sales calls and email communications
Channel & Partner Support
- Support distributor and partner activities, including inventory tracking and promotions
- Ensure compliance with partner agreements and manage sales incentive programs
- Help plan and coordinate trade shows, demos and partner events
Tools & Platforms
Design: Adobe Illustrator, Canva
Web & SEO: WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
Marketing & Sales Ops: Pipedrive, Google Ads, LinkedIn
Productivity: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Communications, OR
1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing operations or content production
Working Environment
This job is full-time and on-site. It requires the candidate to operate in a professional office environment. The job requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Compensation
$26-$32 per hour, depending on experience

Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate would be expected to perform physical activities for trade shows and other sales functions. Activities may include tasks such as:
- Lift and carry objects.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend, kneel, climb ladders and stairs.
- Work in a variety of environments, including hot, cold, and noisy conditions.
Direct Reports
This position has no direct reports but the candidate will need to manage both inside employees and outside contractors for the various sales and marketing duties.
