Machine Operator

We are looking for a smart, motivated MACHINE OPERATOR to perform automated assembly of electronic circuit boards.

Duties include operating surface mount and through-hole assembly equipment, including inserting electronic components, for the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCB). Uses either a manual, semi-automatic or automatic solder paste stencil machine; loading components onto a pick and place machine; operating the reflow oven; loading proper programs into machine; and performing quality inspections at each stage to ensure product is built per customer specifications, company specifications and industry standards. Also includes hand placement and component modifications such as cutting of leads, prepping, and use of hand-tools, etc.
Must communicate with appropriate personnel to identify and resolve assembly issues. Perform light and routine maintenance tasks. This position requires a high school diploma.

Test Technician

We are currently looking for a smart, motivated, Test Technician to test and troubleshoot electronic products, operate automated assembly equipment, and perform various other technical duties. Formal education as an electronics technician is preferred but not essential. The Test Technician inspects assembled or PCBs to check conformance with specified standards. Tests the completed PCB assembly and visually checks to ensure that it meets the input-output specifications. Communicates with appropriate personnel to identify and resolve assembly issues.

Job Duties Include:
 Load product with test fixture cables and accessories
 Run product through automated test fixture
 Execute any manual tests called out by the product specification
 Debug product that has failed automated test fixture
 Debug returned material and work with production team to fix any failures
 Ensure product meets the quality standards of the company.

Job Requirements:
 Experience testing electronic assemblies
 Experience working within a Linux environment
 Experience working with basic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, multi-meter, function generator, etc
 Ability to read and comprehend process documentation including Bills of Materials, Assembly Drawings
and Test Documents
 Good communications skills in English, both verbally and in written format
 Ability to identify electronic components.

Electronic Technician

We are currently looking for a smart, motivated, Electronic Technician to assist in the production, rework, and repair of printed circuit board assemblies used in embedded computer systems.

 Solder thru-hole and surface mount (fine pitch, SOIC, etc.) components to accepted quality
standards.
 Perform visual inspections of work performed of PCBs per IPC-610, Class II/Class III
requirements.
 Maintain working knowledge of best practices for ESD.
 Solder and assemble products with supplied specifications by engineering, customer and/or
manufacturing instructions.
 Perform finishing tasks such as filing, scraping, drilling, and grinding of mechanical
components.
 Occasionally handle materials weighing up to 20 pounds.

This is an entry level position, no prior experience is necessary as there will be on-the-job training provided. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and basic math and computer skills.
