Should you have difficulties with any Gateworks products, please fill out the below RMA FORM and either fax or email to us for a RMA number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container. Shipping to Gateworks is customers responsibility. RMA turn-around time is typically two weeks, depending on the shipping method and destination. Gateworks will ship returns by ground unless otherwise requested.
