Mailing List

Gateworks has setup a mailing list to be used by anyone. Gateworks Hardware/Software staff actively participate in the mailing list. An archive of the list also exist to search on any subject. If you have an issue that you want an answer to, the archives probably have it. The mailing list is the best source of information when troubleshooting and should be used prior to any other form of support.

To search the archives, we suggest using google. In order to search for something this way just type in your search terms then enter "site:lists.gateworks.com"

i.e. to search for ixp425 do:

ixp425 site:lists.gateworks.com
