GW16039 GW2347 & GW2357 GPS Expansion Mezzanine
The GW16039 is a small mezzanine for providing GPS functionality to the GW2347 or GW2357 Avila Network Processors. The GW16039 includes a Trimble Copernicus™ GPS receiver for acquiring satellite signals and generating fast position fixes with a high degree of accuracy. The 12-channel continuous tracking receiver provides information including position, velocity, and time in TSIP, TAIP, and NMEA 183 V3.0 protocol formats. The GW16039 also includes a miniature U.FL coax connector that connects directly to an antenna or to a short cable for chassis mounting. The GW16039 brings the GPS Pulse Per Second (PPS) signal to the baseboard general purpose I/O through the baseboard general purpose I/O header.
